Bitrix24 Is The Free Intranet For Startups

by Brad MerrillJanuary 22, 2013

Founded in April, Bitrix24 is a startup for startups that provides a free intranet for businesses with 12 employees or less. The service combines the capabilities of Yammer, SalesForce, Facebook, BaseCamp, and DropBox, and wraps them up into a single package.

Bitrix24 delivers everything in one place (messaging, file storage, calendar, to-do lists, etc.) with a nice activity stream that shows you what’s going on right now and what happened while you were away. The biggest selling point is its intuitive design: it’s very easy on the eyes, making it an effective system worth using.

The system is also usable for teams larger than 12, but the price jumps from nothing to $99/month for unlimited accounts and 50GB of storage, or $199/month for larger companies, providing 100GB of storage and more feature-rich options.

Bitrix24 is a perfect solution for small businesses or startups that want an effective platform for internal communication and sharing but don’t want to allocate the funds to maintain one themselves.
