The co-founder and former CEO of Marker Studios, Fanny Zappin, has filed a lawsuit to prevent a shareholder vote on a takeover offer from Disney, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Zappin and three other former executives asked a California court to issue a temporary restraining order to delay an April 15 vote by the shareholders of maker, the report said.

This news comes after Disney agreed in March to buy Maker Studios, one of YouTube’s largest networks, for $500 million.
